Her newest cuvée "Terra" will only add to this reputation as one of the hottest domaines in Champagne. For this Champagne from 100% Chardonnay, the first fermentation takes place in an amphora of Tuscan clay, which gives extra vibrancy and purity to the wine. Only 1080 bottles produced.
